Robert Oestreicher

Robert Oestreicher assists clients in a wide array of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and reporting, corporate governance and business formations. Mr. Oestreicher also advises clients on data privacy and data security matters.

Mr. Oestreicher is the author of “Making Deals Work in a Down Market,” published in the BNA Mergers & Acquisitions Law Report and a contributor to Baker Hostetler’s Data Privacy Monitor blog. While in law school, Mr. Oestreicher was Associate Editor of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Oestreicher worked in the office of a United States Congressman and for the Law Department of the City of Cincinnati. He also served as finance director for a major mayoral campaign.

Mr. Oestreicher currently serves on the Boards of Jewish Vocational Services of Cincinnati and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Cincinnati. He is a graduate of Class 6 of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change leadership development program and chairs the Scout Activities Committee of the Dan Beard Council’s Professional Leadership Network.

Mr. Oestreicher also manages the firm’s Cincinnati office softball team.
